Our Founder's Journey

Jordan began his career at Qualico, one of North America’s largest private developers, where he learned every side of the business, from on-site operations to leading the company’s Treasury Department. He later served as Vice President, Global Real Estate at IntouchCX, overseeing international expansion and commercial leasing before founding Farber Real Estate Group in 2020.

A Commitment to Community

With a deep passion for affordable housing, Jordan partners with all levels of government and numerous First Nations communities to advance projects that balance vision with financial sustainability. His ability to align stakeholders, structure funding, and guide complex developments has made him a trusted advisor across Western Canada.

Beyond his professional work, Jordan is recognized for his commitment to community service. He has served on the boards of Main Street Project, which supports Winnipeg’s most vulnerable residents, and B’nai Brith Canada, one of the country’s longest-standing human rights organizations. He is also a founding member of the Future Leaders of Manitoba and continues to mentor business students at Red River College and the University of Manitoba.
