Anastasia Ziprick is a nonprofit executive and capital development leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing supportive housing, community infrastructure, and systems-level initiatives across the nonprofit and public sectors. She is known for building collaborative partnerships that bring together government, community organizations, funders, and technical teams to move complex projects from vision to implementation.

Securing What Projects Need

As Director of Development at Main Street Project, Anastasia led fundraising, communications, and capital strategy during a period of significant organizational growth. She played a central role in advancing redevelopment initiatives, securing more than $25 million in funding to support supportive housing and community-based health infrastructure. Her work included overseeing procurement processes, consultant coordination, capital planning, and stakeholder engagement across multiple housing redevelopment projects.

Background & Education

Anastasia has extensive experience navigating government funding processes, community consultation, and operational planning for trauma-informed housing environments. She has contributed to the redevelopment and expansion of several supportive housing sites across the city.

Earlier in her career, Anastasia held senior fundraising and development roles with the University of Manitoba, the University of New Brunswick, and the Town of Milton, where she led major campaigns supporting health, research, arts, and recreation infrastructure projects. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg.
