Jordan Farber, the principal consultant at Farber Real Estate Group, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in various facets of real estate development. Jordan is a highly motivated and results-driven business professional with polished interpersonal, rapport-building, and leadership skills. His exceptional talent for organization, multi-tasking, and communication is complemented by a strategic mindset, strong decision-making abilities, and a track record of success in real estate development encompassing leasing, finance, budgeting, operations, customer service, and sales. With a real passion for affordable housing, he works with all levels of government including a number of First Nations communities.

Upon completion of his MBA, Jordan began his career in real estate with Qualico, one of the largest privately held real estate developers in North America. From sweeping out basements and picking up garbage on the job site to eventually leading Qualico's Treasury Department, Jordan's entire career has been focused on real estate. Prior to launching Farber Real Estate Group in 2020, Jordan held the position of Vice President, Global Real Estate for IntouchCX, a global customer care company. In this role, Jordan was responsible for international expansion and commercial leasing.

Recognized for his commitment to community service, Jordan has sat on numerous boards such as Main Street Project, an organization that serves the needs of Winnipeg's most vulnerable residents and B'nai Brith Canada, one of the longest standing human rights groups in the world. Jordan is also a founding member of the Future Leaders of Manitoba and continues to provide mentorship and guidance to business students at Red River College and The University of Manitoba.
